Holiday Dead Weight

I feel like an utter grinch and took about 16 festive quizzes just to prove myself wrong. I finally found one I can truly identify with........

What The Holidays Mean to You
For you, the holidays are about generosity. You give as much as you possibly can to friends, family, and charity.

You celebrate the holidays in a minimalist style. You are likely to only give one great present and decorate your house with a few special items.

During the holidays, you feel like having fun. Tradition is not important to you... having a blast with your friends is.

You think the holidays should be nostalgic and sweet. The holidays bring out your inner child.

Your best holiday memories are of childhood foods and traditions. You secretly still wish you believed in Santa Claus.

Seroiusly, what does it all mean to you???

Here's to a meaningful and blessed Christmas to all!

Christmas is the celebration of the birth of Christ, and so I will honor it that way. I am only along for the ride when it comes to gift exchanges, and would very much like to limit giving presents to those who really count.

Damn Protocol.

Dear Ivy, I wish you and all your friends great holidays.

What about your question, this period is for me a fable. I'm adult and have not feasts at all for at least 12 years, but in the very depth of my soul I remain that girl that believes in Santa and believes that the fable exists.

ivy, here's my quiz result:

For you, the holidays are about emotional connections and bonds. You are happiest being around those you love.

You celebrate the holidays in a natural style. Homemade gifts are your favorite.

During the holidays, you like to feel cozy and comfortable. You're happy to stay inside with a roaring fire and a warm drink.

You think the holidays should be nostalgic and sweet. The holidays bring out your inner child.

Your favorite holiday memories are complete and very visual. Past holiday events play out like a video in your mind.

but i do have to say...i like how yours ended with "You secretly still wish you believed in Santa Claus." cause that is definitely me!! =D
